I’ve refurbished an entire house over the last two years and although this was a smaller project compared to everything else we’ve undertaken, the professionalism shown by the whole team was impeccable. I first saw these guys work a year ago at a friend’s house and loved the quality of their work. Then I met Steve. Straight away he saw our vision and started the design process. He guided us through it until our idea was made into an actual plan. Then the work started. What a team they have. They started early, finished late, were friendly polite and the quality of their work is exceptional This includes the builders the carpenters the electricians the decorators and even the rubbish removal guys. Every single one was a pleasure to work with and they all have the same ethos that Steve preaches - let’s give the customer the very best version of their vision. This will be a long one as we definitely have a few things to say about Steve and the team. You guessed it. Bear Garden Rooms. I’ll be honest. I reluctantly agreed to contact them and get a quote. All the while thinking that nothing is ever what it seems on social media, and if something is too good to be true it usually is. I was wrong …. When it comes to this company what you end up with in real life is so much better and it has completely blown us away. The team that Steve has on board are a rare breed. Everyone turned up on the first day bang on time and personally introduced themselves. Polite, friendly and ultimate professionals. Within a few days we had zero issue just telling them let themselves in when we were out for teas / coffees and whatever cold drinks were in the fridge. I actually don’t think they did any time we left the stuff out. But neither of us had any issue just telling them to lock up when they left. And then we would get home and be blown away by the progress. A genuine thank you from us to all of the team. You guys were all unbelievable. As for Steve you won’t find someone that cares more about their business and doing everything he possibly can to live up to the reputation that is clearly gaining momentum for this brilliant company. And what became evident over the time he has been here …. Is that it’s not just about business for him. It’s personal and I mean that in the best possible way. Caring about your business works …. But caring about the people you are doing it for …. That is the difference. Having had an extension a few years back, painters in over time, plumbers … you name it. Steve and the team are so far above any other tradesmen or businesses that we have had over the years that it’s not even close.
